HOTC Training Facility The building is at 131 Export Circle. It is 1/4 mile east of the Dan Tibbs exit on Rideout Road and approximately 2 miles north of Madison Square Mall. Take Rideout Road North. Exit at Dan Tibbs Road and take a right heading east, take the second right at Export Circle. HOTC is the second building on the left. -OR- Take Jordan Lane north to Dan Tibbs (first left north of Mastin Lake Road), left onto Dan Tibbs, take the third left onto Export Circle, and HOTC is the second building on the left.
