in our Testimonials!
People with higher self-esteem are more inclined to
focus on their strong points rather than their flaws
and have a general sense of happiness. They tend to
choose more compatible mates, friends and careers.
People with low self-esteem are inclined to have
perceptions of guilt and helplessness and are more
likely to abuse drugs and alcohol. Depression and
suicide are also associated with low self-esteem.
Throughout all of Life Transformations’ programs
regardless of the need they are dealing with you are
given several positive suggestions to improve your
self-worth, "radiate a positive mental attitude,"
"believe in yourself" and "attract the right people
at the right time."
The Origins of Low Self Esteem
Maybe you are extremely critical of yourself, or be
afraid to try anything new. Maybe you minimize your
successes with comments like, "I was just lucky" or
"Anybody could have done that". This kind of self
depreciation is not accidental; nor does it
materialize out of nowhere, suddenly as a symptom.
It reflects conditioning in the past.
Unfortunately, low
self-esteem is most often programmed unintentionally
by judgmental parents or role models. Depreciating
labels and negative comments program young minds
during their formative years. Labels thought to be
buried and forgotten still reside deep in the
subconscious mind and contribute to the way you
perceive yourself. The worst scars can be the
invisible ones. You can learn or inherit the
negative "thinking style" of a judgmental parent. It
appears as a critical inner voice that produces fear
to try anything new, fear of change, fear of failure
or success, as well as a lack of self acceptance.
Hypnosis and Programming Self Esteem
The change to
increased self-confidence is well accomplished
through hypnosis and positive subconscious
reprogramming. Specifically, you need to:
- Rid yourself of past
negative programming
- Improve your
self-projection
- Increase your
confidence and self-acceptance
- Change your perspective
on your relationship to a given problem
- Pinpoint your goals
- Establish a sequence of
goals
- Experience the sense of
completion
You can achieve your
ultimate goal your personal best. Regardless of
background, education, financial position, etc.
every individual is subconsciously induced to move
onward and upward, (toward self-actualization) to be
their best.
Motivation
Once you've improved your self-esteem, you must
improve your motivation.
Motivation is emotional, and comes from within.
Knowing the benefits of success is not enough.
Feeling a strong desire to acquire those benefits is
essential. If too many desires compete for the
individual's time and attention, he may not be able
to focus. The desires can lose their strength, and
less will be accomplished. Self-esteem is built up
with a series of successes and rewards.
Hypnosis and personal
coaching can assist you to discover and access your
creative, unlimited potential, allowing for the
release of negative, limiting related thinking,
habits and ideas. Everyone experiences doubts or
setbacks. Improving self-esteem, confidence and
motivation are some of the most important and
valuable accomplishments of hypnosis.
