Helping Kids and Teenagers
Juvenile clients can
experience amazing results with the combination of
hypnosis using the power of their own minds and
personal coaching. Some of the more common issues we

Kids and Health
From the experience of
helping children with behaviors and situations, we
have developed a new approach to helping younger
children that brings success in helping them with
behaviors such as: fears, bedwetting, ADD/ADHD, nail
biting, sleepless nights, school grades. Children
often feel powerless and we can help them have a
better life.
In the United States not only are the adults getting
bigger and bigger but so are our children. Many of
us are modeling and/or teaching our children to eat
large portions, use artificial sweeteners, and eat
junk foods that lack important nutrients. We also
allow them to spend hours sitting - playing video
games, watching TV rather than getting outside and
exercising. The sooner a child begins to change
these habit’s the healthier they will be.
Nutrition and hypnosis, are a positive health
decision.
Adolescents
We are able to design and individualize programs for
the teenagers, based on his/her input. Our hypnosis
program that is designed specifically to address the
challenges most teenagers face, and utilizes state
of the art, creative “techno-imagery” that teens
enjoy and better yet, get results. It creates within
the receptive teenage client, a paradigm shift that
results in positive attitudinal and behavioral
change.
Teenagers are affected by many of the same issues as
adults. We use hypnosis with them for stress
reduction, to improve athletic performance, overcome
insomnia, improve self-esteem, motivation,
assertiveness, self confidence and self esteem,
honesty, dependability, study habits, memory
retention, test anxiety, active lifestyle, and
healthy rapport with others.
Athletic excellence is the
goal of many young people both boys and girls. Most
of these children equate their abilities with their
physical skills and give little attention to the
mental aspects of sports. We can assist athletes of
any age to achieve their personal best by developing
the mental attitude necessary to perform
consistently at high levels. The techniques they
learn to enhance their athletic performance can help
them in all aspects of their lives.
We can help your child be all that she/he can be and
make those positive changes. They will learn about
themselves and what changes they can make to feel
better about themselves.
