HOW TO BOOK THIS APARTMENT IN AVENIDA AREQUIPA

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:




In order to make a reservation we need to take the following steps:

DEPOSIT A security deposit of $200.00 USD is necessary to secure the dates requested.The security deposit will be refunded at time of check-out after inspection of the unit.



PAYMENT The Guest shall submit Total Rental payment upon arrival. If any payment is not made within the times set forth, the Owner may treat the contract as canceled. The Deposit becomes nonrefundable if the contract is not cancelled 20 days in advance of the date of the booking.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Unless otherwise agreed, Guests should arrive at 3:00 PM (please let us know your time of arrival to make arrangements in case of later check-in time) and vacate the property by 1:00 P.M. on the day of departure.

OTHER FEES There is a one time cleaning fee of $25.00 USD that will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.

RATES Rates are as follow:

1 week (minimum) $ 350.00

After 1 week $ 50.00/day

1 Month (30 days) $ 1,100.00 -

One time cleaning 25.00 .




CANCELLATION FEES We will refund your deposit if the cacellation was made 20 days in advance from your boking date. Less than 20 days from your booking date there will be no refund

OTHER CONDITIONS

Owner reserves the right to refuse booking at any time if information reveals to be incorrect or false

This is a non smoking place. Violation will result in the loss of the security deposit

Keys will be given at the time of the signing of the contract.

Please let us know the time you will be at the apartment. Calculate 3 hours from the time you arrive to the Airport.

Please let us know in advance the time you will be leaving the apartment and returning the keys.

If you need transportation we will be glad to make arrangements. Please let us know in advance.
