Jordan Lane Student Area
This area is designed to help the students from each school know what is going on in class this month and to know what to expect from each week's classes! It will have useful information like the forms, drills, and goals of the next few weeks classes described so students and parents know what to review at home.
Notes on terminology:
Execute a Technique: Means to do the move in generally the correct way. A technique can be executed as if it a new technique and the student has a basic understanding of the mechanics or it can be executed at "Performance Level" which is the level you expect to see on a Belt Test.
Performance Level: The techniques is executed with proper form AND balance, power, speed, and explosiveness. The student is focused on a target as they execute the technique and they exhibit a level of mastery of that technique. The level of mastery might be different for a Yellow Belt and a Purple Belt as it may be different from student to student.
