 Leo Jones seems to be in top condition with the exception of some
 diminished hearing loss in his left ear, probably due from a childhood
 fight with some bullies.  It has been also noted that he has a tendency
 to stutter when in an agitated state, although he has learned to control
 it.

 Graduated top 10% of his class.  Excellent sharpshooter skills (passed
 down to him from generation to generation, as he claims), and also has a
 great intuitive mind.  Good at problem-solving and a quick thinker on

 Personality Profile
 ===================
 Leo has always had a keen interest in investigatory work and other
 problem-solving things.  He attributes this to his family's long line of
 investigatory work, starting with his great-great-grandfather Leo Jones
 who worked in a special division of the FBI.  His
 great-great-grandmother also worked in the same division all those years
 ago.  Leo has been observed to have sharpened problem-solving skills, as
 well as a natural knack to put people at ease and to listen to them.
 This has proven quite useful during some of his earlier training
 investigations in which he was able to solve when the majority of others
 in his class could not.

 Leo has shown himself to be a patient person, slow to act, but ready and
 willing when needed.  His sharpshooting skills makes him a formidable
 force to be reckoned with, but tempered with his patient demeanor makes
 Leo a great asset to any security team.  He spends most of his free time
 reading ancient mystery novels by Agatha Christie and frequents the
 holodecks in order to try to solve some of his great-great-grandparents
 unsolved cases.

 It has been noted by his superiors how Leo tends to stay apart from the
 other students at Starfleet, preferring a solitary existence as opposed
 to the care-free way his peers lived.  As a student, his academic skills
 were well above average, but it seemed to offset his lack of social
 skills.  It has been speculated that he was just shy and introverted,
 but the real reason for his withdrawn nature seems to go much deeper
 than that.

 Counselor's Log : When he was younger, Leo was involved in an incident
 that involved a fellow childhood friend.  It seems as though they found
 a phaser laying in some brush and started to use it for target practice.
 Another child came up to them and surprised Leo when he was about to
 fire, causing Leo to spin and accidentally fire the phaser at his
 friend.  The phaser blast was fatal and Leo's friend died.  It seems as
 though Leo has not forgiven himself for that and his lack of friends
 show this.

 Another note of interest has been that Leo has been reprimanded several
 times for getting into several fights during his time at the academy.
 Although some witnesses to these fights say that Leo was only protecting
 some of the weaker students from bullies, Leo nevertheless took full
 responsibility for his aggressive action.  He was one fight away from
 being dismissed from Starfleet Academy.
