His parents were civilians working for the Starfleet Corps. of Engineering, mostly dealing with the decommissioning of old fleet vessels that are no longer of use. That meant that he got to travel alot in his early days. After attending 4 years at starfleet academy enrolled in the engineering program Morgan graduated within the top five percent. He then took to the security program and was severly reprimanded on two seperate occasions for being to violent in the apprehension seminars. The instructor has recently gotten out of the med centre. The hologram wasn't so lucky. Since his early days, Morgan has learned that all is not easy in life.. He has been reprimanded on numerous occasions and demoted twice. In the end though, he always seems to come out on top of the situation. He doesn't like to accompany away teams, as he was severly injured on his first one. During his posting to the USS ALEXANDER NEVSKY as a young leuitenant, his team was ambushed by hostile Ferengi. Morgan was shot in the chest with a disruptor on a high setting. He was later demoted for disobeying orders and transferred to the USS ADAMANT. Morgan was decorated for his actions on the ADAMANT when the ship was almost destroyed by an Excalabian ship. Due to his actions and quick thinking, the ship made it back to StarBase under it's own power. Unfortunatly, it was decommissioned due to the amount of damage sustained. Morgan was dejected, but agreed to serve on the USS CORONA, then Flagship of GOLD FLEET. His tenure there was brief, and soon after receiving transfer orders was demoted for participating in a bar fight. Morgan was next posted to the USS HOOD. This was where his career started to take shape. He participated in numerous away missions without the slightest problem, and in the final mission of the HOOD, was once again severly injured. While being held captive with other crew members, Morgan attempted to help with an escape plan. He lost his left forearm for his efforts. He received a prostetic replacement soon afterwards. He recovered and, in the final battle, used his skills and power to keep the HOOD together so it could return home. Shortly thereafter, the HOOD was decommissioned, and the crew was transfered to the USS YAMATO, along with the crew from the USS MELBOURNE. Since joining the YAMATO crew, Morgan has been promoted to Leuitenant Commander. He was also transferred to OPS. He his one of the few poeple that know about the YAMATO's cloaking device, and has modified it to operate at peak with the ship's systems. Family Background: Since the recent Arcturan Civil War, the Wolfe family has become more prominant on Arcturus. Though they have always been strong members of the Arcturan Guards, they took on a new role when numerous Guard bases and outposts were destroyed with nuclear weapons. The sheltered anyone whom they could from the rebels, and aided those that they could not. For their actions, they were awarded seats on the Council. Currently, the seats are held by Morgan's father, his cousin Kell, Morgan (his uncle sits in his place). Morgan was awarded his seat for being the holder of the Red Sword, and ancient artifact. He has no wish to leave Starfleet to sit on the council though. Morgan has, like any Arcturan, strong mental powers. The most common are empathy, telepathy, and pyrotecnics. Morgan's power has helped him in his engineering, for he has the power of telemechanics. This allows his conscience to merge with that of a device. He then knows how to work the device, and learn of its purpose. Description of power: This power allows Morgan to mentally communicate with, and understand machines. By touching any non-artificially intelligent machine he will have a complete knowledge of how the machine operates, instantly. He knows everything: the complete schematic diagram and operation knowledge are seen in his mind's eye. The knowledge, though instant, is only temporary. When touching an artifical intelligance, a computer or android, he not only knows everything about it's operation, access codes, repair, etc., he can actually communicate telepathicly. This means that he can tap into computer banks withouit using a terminal, because the information is sent directly into his mind. Both the telepathic link and knowledge are temporary, although hypnotism may be used to bring back bits of the information. You are a starfleet officer." Wolfe:"I look at it like this. Which would you rather lose, a Captain of a starship,or a lieutenant who keeps screwing up?"
