Just a note to thank you and Chef Bob for helping my mom and me with our family get-together on Saturday. Everyone loved the food. The meatballs, chicken and desserts were the biggest hits, and my mom even admitted to me that she could have skipped the veggie tray and ordered more desserts(!) It was great to be able to accommodate that many people in a relaxed setting (guests even flowed out onto the patio where we’d set up extra tables and chairs), and your suggestion of how to set up the food was very helpful in that regard.

I wanted to say thank you soo much for the catering ya'll did on march 17th, 2007! Ya'll did such a great job. Our family and friends are still talking about our wedding and the catering. A friend of mine is getting married in Panama City Beach. She is getting married in May or June of next year. I recommended ya'll.
