The following amendments to Crystal Bay Travel Park Rules and Regulations were voted on by the Board of Directors on December 5, 2011:

 XVIII. Pets

 

NO PETS will be allowed within the Park at any time, with the exception of one housecat per unit, which is never let out of the shareholder’s unit.

 

IV. Building Codes

The Board of Directors reserves the right to establish building codes for any and all buildings and appurtenances placed on or within the boundaries of each Lot.

 A.    UNITS TO BE INSTALLED AS A RESIDENCE

All units brought into the Park to be installed on a permanent basis must be new or like new and in excellent condition . The shareholder must submit a drawing and all particulars to the Board of Directors four (4) weeks prior to installation for the Board's approval.   Each Unit that is to be placed on a Lot as a residence, must meet a set of standards as to condition and “type”, such as, a self-contained travel trailer, park model or motor home.  At least four board members must inspect the unit and sign off that it meets park standards and considered to be in excellent condition.

 

The following amendment to Crystal Bay Travel Park Rules and Regulations was approved by the Board of Directors on February 6, 2012.

 

V.   Davits

 

1.      Installation

 

   A.  Plans, for the installation of davits to be erected on seawalls, must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors.  The plans must adhere to and be in accordance with the approved plans and specs on file with the Board of Directors. Lifts of any other type are not permitted.  (Appendix F)

 

   B.  Upon written approval from the Board of Directors, the Shareholder(s) are required to sign a letter accepting full responsibility for any damage to the seawall.  (Appendix E)

 

   C.  Should the Shareholder(s) not conform to the requirements stated herein, fines up to the maximum allowable by law will apply for the following infractions:

            1.  Installation before receiving official approval from the Board of Directors.

            2.  Any deviation from the plans approved by the Board of Directors.

 

2.      Use and Rental

 

 Any shareholder who allows use of his davits or rents his davits must provide the office with contact information for the boat owner and the boat owner must provide proof of liability insurance.
