From  Huntsville International Airport:  exit onto 
Houston Goodson Blvd, (it crosses
James Record Road) 
to I565 East, travel about 10 miles, (you'll pass the giant 
Saturn V rocket at the Alabama Space and Rocket Center), 
continue on I565 3.9 miles, take the Downtown Exit (19C)  
onto Jefferson Street, travel one (1) mile as follows:  
continue on Jefferson Street, it becomes "West Side Square" 
as it passes the Madison County Courthouse, then it 
becomes Madison Street, continue on Madison Street, 
turn left onto Lowe Ave. for one block then turn right 
onto Franklin Street, our Lodge is on the left about 
one block. (Look for the "Flag of our Country" 
- we fly it proudly!).

From I565 East, take the Jefferson Street (19A) exit, 
continue on Jefferson Street, it becomes "West Side Square" 
as it passes the Madison County Courthouse, then it becomes 
Madison Street, continue on Madison Street, turn left onto 
Lowe Ave. for one block then turn right onto Franklin Street, 
our Lodge is on the left about one block. (Look for the 
"Flag of our Country" - we fly it proudly!).

From I565 West, take the Downtown Exit (19C)  onto 
Jefferson Street, continue on Jefferson Street, it becomes

JAMES RECORD, PER

James Ralph Record (1908 - 1996), former Alabama State Senator, and 
Chairman of the Madison County Commission, 
was Past Exalted Ruler of Huntsville Lodge 1648 and Elk historian who wrote the book:  
"Great Elks of Madison County - You Better Believe It!"
