will witness the most awesome paintings from God every evening. Your
unobstructed view will allow you to enjoy the sunset in the winter and
summer. This unit comfortably sleeps four and has two separate baths. The
living room is comfortable and the sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps two. |

The dining area adjoins the
living area and comfortably seats four. The kitchen bar seats an additional
two guests. The kitchen is roomy and features standard appliances. The
refrigerator has an icemaker. The kitchen pantry includes a stacked washer and dryer
for your convenience. |

The master bedroom
features a king size bed with a dedicated master bath. There is also a
television provided for those late night movies.

And what vacation would be
complete without a big screen television?! Yes, there is one of those also
with a VCR and DVD player.

If you get tired of the ocean, pick
one of two pools to relax by. They are located beach-side and offer a
magnificent view of the ocean. |

Between the beach and
dinner, you have got to take a few minutes and just enjoy. . .from the
balcony, you will fall in love with Florida--a new painting everynight. |

After a rough day on the beach, you
can relax in the climate controlled hot tub area. It is enclosed in an
atrium and has a great view of the courtyard. Bring a glass of wine
and enjoy. |

Our unit is located in the Pelican
Walk Condominium Complex at 6905 Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach--and
don't worry, it is on the opposite end of Thomas Drive from Club LeVela.
Our association will not rent to folks under 25--so our family environment
is safe! In addition, the complex has just finished significant
renovations--so you won't be inconvenienced. |
