If you would like to own a portion of the boundary of the United States then you cannot find a more beautiful place than along the northeastern panhandle of Florida.
The property is in a stretch of about a hundred miles of shoreline called "The Emerald Coast". The sand is almost sugar white along this coastline, which includes the following beaches: Perdido Key, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Navarre, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Grayton Beach, Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Seaside, Seagrove, and Panama City.

Our place is between the small towns of Destin and Panama City -- slightly closer to Destin, which is east of the larger town of Fort Walton. (Another page has a precise description of the location).
You might want to check out Emerald Coast Vacation and Travel Guide at http://www.doitgulfcoast.com/. This link, and others that you will find, will tell you about cultural amenities, schools, hospitals, air ports, real estate prices, and the like. Of course you will use your favorite search engine to find out more about the area.
The lot is on Santa Rosa Beach. The first map above might make it seem that Santa Rosa Beach fronts Choctawhatchee Bay but, we promise, it is right on the Gulf. The map above, does however, point out the proximity to the Bay, which is part of its highly desirable location. Since you are reading this far, after seeing the price, you probably have looked with the above map with the foresight that you have three major evacuation routes -- to the north, to the west, and to the east.
Other links relating to the lot can be found on the lot page.
