(If you would like a better fix on how I10 runs, please follow this link to zoom out and then use your browser's back button.) In particular, please note County Road 30A just below US 98.
If you are coming east on US 98 (as from Desin or New Orleans) then you will turn right onto 30A. If you are coming west on US 98 (as from Atlanta), you will take a left onto County Highway 393, head south to 30A, and take a right onto 30A in order to continue to head west.
The map below shows three lakes (as they are called in the area) -- Lake Stallworth on the left (west), Oyster Lake is near the middle of the map, and Lake Allen is between the two. Our place is south of Lake Allen and across the street from a small upscale restaurant called ""The Lake Place"". The map after the following zooms in on where 30A bends.
Our property is on 30A, slightly east of where it bends and directly south of Woodward Drive. Locals call this general region "Dune Allen".
The street address of the lot is 5985 West Highway 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459. Yet another description is Lot 3 on West County Road 30A.

program is

I hope that you find this page useful if you are coming by land
but I fear that it is of little help for those coming by sea or
walking along the beach with their GPS. If by sea, go to longitude
86.25530 degrees west and latitude, say, 30.352 degrees north and look
to the north and see the the old carport at the top of the bluff with
the condos to the right and the private house to the left.
(All nice looking maps on this page were produced by Microsoft(c)'s Streets and Trips and the licence agreement says that this page must mention that they hold the copyright to those images. (For some reason, their software does not put 5985 Highway 30A exactly where I think it should be but their maps, as annotated above, will lead you right to the place. MapQuest's map also shows 5985 in a slightly different location -- the lot is directly south of Hilltop Drive.)
I have a confused Microsoft map which shows the same address in two different locations. The Google tools mention above work quite well -- both the Google map and a view from Google Earth but you should go through Google -- rather than the static Web pages with these two links -- so that you can zoom and pan.
