These pictures were taken before Hurricane Dennis, which hit in July of 2005, and show normal views up to that time. Right after a hurricane, things look bad. But, over time, they will look good again. The birdhouse mentioned below is no longer standing and the carport is to be removed. The blue of the sky and the blue of the water and the white of the sand are accurately depicted. Perhaps you didn't really care about the birdhouse anyway.
This is a view
of the carport. A storage shed is to the right. A small birdhouse can be seen on a pole. The Gulf of Mexico, which is what you are interested in, is in the background. We are, of course, looking south.
These structures are mentioned because the carport will help you
identify the location of the lot in some of the other pictures.
This is a view from the beach looking (north) up the bank
towards the carport.
This is what it looks like when looking slightly to the left (west)
of the previous view.
Now we are looking way down the beach to
the west.

This is the view slightly more to the right.
Now we are looking down the the view down the
beach to the east.
Please don't get the impression that the beach is always so empty.

This is a view looking to the Gulf and slightly
to the west.
This view is from the lot looking slightly east of south.
This is looking south from the lot. People staying on the
Gulf tend to enjoy the beach "in front of" where they are staying.
Those using one of the public access entries tend to stay
somewhat around the entry. There are about 125 feet at the
Gulf that are thought of as "in front" of the lot.
The garage has a full bath and nice storage
in the rafters but the existing structures would
be easily removed to make way for your plans.
The view is fantastic by day and night. You have a good view
of the north star and a stunning view looking south over the dark Gulf.
We do not
