1^st A progressive study of the purpose and strategy of the movement. Review and study these sections of "Fundamental Ideas"; "Leaders Manual"; and other Cursillo literature as may be appropriate.

2^nd Form a deeper understanding of selecting Environments".

3^rd Make plans to actualize these concepts in the diocese. Make a study plan.

1^st Critique the "Study and Evangelization of Environments" talk.

2^nd Set standards for the team members, establish selection criteria and methods the school could employ.

3^rd Prepare for team formation and handle the logistics for the weekend.

4^th Solicit and collect Palanca for the weekend and the movement.

1^st Learn and understand the purpose of the postcursillo (then educate the others in the Ultreya and group reunions).

2^nd Plan for establishing environmental groups in the priority environments. Help struggling cursillistas form them.

3^rd Help with the planning and production of the Ultreya.

4^th Cooperate with diocesan study plans regarding the various environments.
