To Start From Scratch:

1st Page - $30.00 Each additional page $10.00 per page Monthly upkeep fee is $5.00 minimum (per page per month)

Here Is A Description Of What You Get: 1st page consists of text and up to five graphics or photos. Additional pages consist of text and up to 3 graphics or photos. All pages may contain up to 4 external links. All links to each of your own pages are added automatically.

The monthly upkeep fee of $5.00 per month, per page is for small changes - if you wish an entire page changed every month or you have changes that must be made daily or weekly, prices will vary accordingly.

You may provide the pictures or I can scan up to a 5x7.
If you provide the scanned photos they
will be placed on the web in an as-is condition.
This means you are responsible for
getting them scanned in an exceptable format and size.
Resizing and touchups on prescanned photos will be an extra charge.

If you would like for me to build and/or maintain your pages you will be
required to pay for the first page and/or the first 6 months
of maintenance, at $5.00 per month, per page, in advance.
Your check will be deposited and cleared before your pages go on the web.

Scanning Prices

Single photo scanned in color - $5.00
More than one photo scanned at the same time - $5.00 for the first and $2.00 for each additional.

One half of scanning fee is paid before scanning is done.
Anything not covered here will be discussed as the need or question arises.
