Feb 2008 Update
A new railing has been added to the boathouse deck and hand rails for the steps have also been added. The grass is thickening out somewhat in the new sand that covers the black mud. By summertime it should be pretty well filled out.
Here's another view. I advertised the boathouse for rent in the local paper, but haven't gotten any serious responses. I just may have to get another boat to put it to good use. Oh yeah!
