Second Fitting - 18 February 2008
After reading the feedback from RP, I realized a fatal flaw in my initial fitting. Rather than placing the front discs in the basic position and then moving them back, I placed the discs back and then attached the panels. This resulted in the panels being too far forward. I disassembled the saddle and started from scratch - at least with the front discs. With Becky's help, I placed the left front disc 1.25" behind basic and .25" up from basic. The right front disc was placed 1.0" behind and .25" up from basic. The rear discs were left in the same position. I was not able to ride in this set-up so I don't have the feedback from my horse or the hair pattern.
