The fxloadICO() function now has two additional arguments for storing the icon's hotspot's x and y coordinates. Similarly, the fxsaveICO() function has two additional (but optional) arguments for specifying the hotspot's x and y coordinates. If these arguments aren't specified in the call to fxsaveICO() they default to -1.
