This document was written in XML, according to the DocBook XML 4.1.2 DTD. It was edited primarily using the XMLmind XML Editor Standard Edition, version 2.6.

The HTML version of this document was created using the Saxon XSL translator, version 6.5.2 and a slightly customized version of the DocBook XSL stylesheets, version 1.64.1. The PDF version of this document was created by using Saxon and the DocBook XSL stylesheets to generate a XSL formatting object, and then using FOP to convert that into PDF.
