Question: Will the congregation ever get a chance to vote on our new pastor?

Answer: Our current bylaws state in Article VII, Section V the following: 'This team (pastoral search team) will find and recommend a candidate to the congregation for approval as pastor.' Therefore, when a candidate is selected by the pastoral search team they will be brought before the congregation for approval as our pastor.
