A coffee-table book of 144 pages was prepared for Madison's sesquicentennial in 2007.  It is part of the American Community Heritage Series by Walsworth Publishing Company.  Copies are avialable through the Historical Society and at Main Street Cafe, Madison Station Antiques, and the art gallery at 16 Main Street.  Of of these outlets are on Main St..

These books make excellent keepsakes for graduating seniors and others whose careers may take them away from their hometown.  The book portrays a range of Madison's historical roots through modern times in text and photographs.

A commemorative brick walk is being prepared at the Roundhouse.  Names and special dates of citizens of today or the past can be inscribed for $35 per brick.

Throws / Afghans were produced to commemorate historical structures of the past plus selected community landmarks of the present.  THESE ARE SOLD OUT for now, but more may be produced in the future.

There is a wide variety of items available from the Historical Society at the Roundhouse when meetings are held.  Examples include CD-ROMs of books about the history of the town, storytelling by older citizens about life "in the old days" of Madison, and numerous research files of old family data and photographs, as well as photos of markers in the local cemeteries.
