Boston
Globe Slams Microfinancial

Microfinancial
threatens to sue for Defamation!
They say that my “claims” that TimePayment is an alias for Leasecomm
has damaged the business reputation of TimePayment and caused “loss of
valuable business opportunities”.
My Defense; The
truth hurts but it’s been my experience that it usually just hurts in all the
right places. They created their own reputation, not me. I'm just reporting it. Click
here for more on this subject.
Leasecomm Corp.
is no longer listed on the Microfinancial
website as their "operating subsidiary". That dubious
"honor" now falls to the newly formed TimePayment
Corp.
You can rest assured that Leasecomm has not
gone out of business though. They're busy pursuing
their old customers. Click here for the
Mike Brennan story
Meanwhile, TimePayment masquerades as a legitimate financial
corporation (with no record of abusing their customers or federal sanctions) as
they seek new business. A
spokesman for Microfinancial even had the unmitigated gall to claim,
“TimePayment has no relationship with the business activities of Leasecomm”.
Numerous public records dispute that claim.
Microfinancial and both
subsidiaries work out of the same rented industrial park warehouse office at 10M
Commerce Way Woburn, Ma. where they recently reduced
their space by almost half. So far, TimePayment doesn't even have a sign on
the bldg. (considering
Microfinancials' credit problems, they probably can't afford a sign painter).

My
Ignorance Causes Loss In Federal Court
But What Did I Really Lose?
After 2 years of court battles over the domain name leasecomm.org,
Microfinancial has finally succeeded in taking it from me in Federal Court. My
ignorance of how Federal Judges interpreted the law was entirely responsible for
the loss in spite of the Absolutely
Outstanding Legal Representation by
attorney Tom Doherty of Boston. I’ll have more to say about
Tom Doherty after I finish running my mouth about this case.
You could say that the judge was “technically” correct when he ruled
that My offer to
Leasecomm was an attempt to profit from the use of the domain name. I DID
NOT confer with my attorney prior to making the offer.
I had assumed that it was obvious to everyone that I had set the price so
high that it would be impossible for Leasecomm/Microfinancial to accept my
offer. I’m reminded of the old saying “ to ASSUME is to make an ASS
of U and ME”. It is now obvious to me that technicalities
override common sense in our courts.
What Did I Really Lose?
So far, the only loss that I’ve
felt has been my somewhat cocky, confidence in our legal system (plus
the statutory $1000 reimbursement to MFI for legal expenses at $10 per mo. from
my SS check).
1.
This website
still has
“top” ranking on Google. The domain name leasecomm.org
never achieved any significant ranking on Google and therefore was actually worthless
to me. The whole fight to keep it was a matter of principle and 1st
amendment rights. This is not the first time that Big Business has won versus
Individual Rights.
2. Time Payment Corp. is now listed
on the Microfinancial website as their
"operating subsidiary". There's no mention of Leasecomm. This
is further indication that Leasecomm's reputation
is too bad for Microfinancial to continue to
seek new business under that name.
3. Try doing a "Google Search" for "Time
Payment Corp." You'll be right back to this site. I therefore
conclude that this site will continue to be an effective weapon in the war
against this evil gang of crooks.

Tom
Doherty Great
American
I can't say enough about Tom Doherty mainly because I know very little
about him myself. He is either very modest or there are National Security
reasons for his silence concerning himself. I first heard of Tom when I read
this article
in the Boston Herald. For the past two years, even though he has spent most
of his time in Iraq (I had to do some inquiring on my own to discover that he is
a Navy Commander) He has kept a Huge law firm (over 300 attorneys) at bay over a
$35 domain name, all for the sake of preserving the constitutional rights of
American citizens while He's placing his life on the line in defense of our
country.
TOM
MAKES ME PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN.
I hope that I may soon get to know Tom better and that I can publish more
about him (with a better picture) on this site.
Tom
Doherty is a
Great American!

Leasecomm Hammered by Federal Judge
A federal
judge has ruled that, if a major class action suit against
Microfinancial/Leasecomm and their co-conspirators is proven, (there is a ton of
evidence) then they can be held accountable under the R.I.C.O. statutes. This is
a MAJOR blow to the Criminals of Woburn Mass. and great news for their victims.
Kudos to Attorney John
Klotz for a fine job!

Microfinancial/Leasecomm Throws in the Towel
After 20 months of futile
attempts to secure new funding for their scam operations,
Microfinancial/Leasecomm has “thrown in the towel” as far as Leasecomm is
concerned and decided to completely re-invent their criminal corporation. The
criminal reputation of Leasecomm has become too well known to continue
operations under that name. In order to get desperately needed funding,
they had to come up with a new alias.
The new ALIAS is
TIME PAYMENT CORP.
The new website has no reference, whatsoever, to their relationship with
Microfinancial or Leasecomm.
Kudos
To all the victims and the Govt. agencies that have
taken a stand and fought this evil corporation.
WARNING!
The
criminal mind is seldom changed, just redirected

More Aliases
Transaction Enabling Systems
proudly claims MFI as their "parent corporation", but
others, such as Ladco Leasing and Northern
Leasing have attempted to remain anonymous. Ladco and Northern were
exposed on the Yahoo Finance message board for MFI by Daniel Ficello. "Big
Dan" is believed to be an employee of MFI because his home address is
listed as Daniel Ficello of 59 Cambridge rd. Woburn Ma. (781) 938-6726, which is
very close to MFI headquarters.
UPDATE
Transaction Enabling Systems
has reportedly been sold back to the founders. The original owners seem to be sincere
in restoring the company's reputation. A copy of TES
vp's statement is here.
CAUTION.. THIS HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED

The Federal
Trade Commission has done the legions of victims of this criminal
organization a huge favor by "laying out the welcome mat" of the
Federal Court House to the victims, instead of immediately incarcerating these
thugs. I apologize for my previous criticism of the FEDS for not doing so. I now
see the wisdom of it. The defrauded investors and customers of this evil
corporation deserve a chance at restitution before Leasecomm/MFI's demise.
There are, already, numerous class action and individual civil suits pending,
charging racketeering, fraud, deception, strong arm collection tactics, etc.
Stories abound on the internet of their illegal collection tactics, threats,
extortion, intimidation, theft from bank accounts under the guise of bogus
"charges and fees".
The most appalling act of these gangsters has been the arrogant use of our legal
system. Over the past 2 years they filed over 27,000 suits in the Mass. courts
against out of state victims, knowing that most of them couldn't afford to
travel to Mass. to defend themselves, thereby obtaining default judgments.
Thanks to the FTC (and an 8 state Attorneys General task force investigation)
those cases have been reversed.
Now is the time for defrauded Investors and customer/victims to recoup their
losses while there is still something to recoup.
Times a wastin'!

The BBB
"upgrades" Leasecomm/MFI (again) to #1 on their list of Top 10
Complained About Businesses in the Past 12 Months
*********************************
Although the court ordered them
to advise their victims (customers) of their legal rights pursuant to the court
orders, it is obvious that they are, at best, dragging their feet, because I'm
still receiving emails from victims that are not aware of the court decisions
and seeking information on how to get out of their predicament (lease).
Knowing the criminal nature of these hoodlums, they're going to do everything in
their power to avoid or delay complying with the courts. Here
is a good example.
I have no doubt
that eventually the degenerate officers of this evil corporation will wind up
behind bars and that the only reason they're not there already is that the
investigators are going after the "bigger fish" financial backers.
********************************
MicroFinancial Inc,
(MFI), and its subsidiary Leasecomm Inc. have been masquerading for several
years as a legitimate “Financial Institution”, but in reality they are just
a gang of organized criminals. The investigation by the FTC and their coalition
of State Attorneys General “put a lid” on their current operations under the
name Leasecomm, but they have already started to spread out under other names
such as Ladco Leasing, Northern Leasing, Transaction Enabling Systems,
Health Watch, and I’m sure there are others.
Although I haven’t found a direct “tie”
between them, Leasecomm and Card Service International have a history of
swapping customer accounts back and forth between themselves for no apparent
reason since they both serve the same markets.
My guess is that the most odious scam accounts are passed to Leasecomm in an
effort to keep Cardservice International relatively “clean”, after all
they are a wholly owned subsidiary of First Data Corp, a multi Billion dollar
company. (They also own Western Union).
At this point, for what it’s worth, I want to
assure you that I’m not one to jump on every “conspiracy” theory that
comes along, but the spider web of connections that I’ve personally uncovered
with Microfinancial in the financial infrastructure of our country is downright
scary, especially after seeing the blatant, arrogant ways that Leasecomm has
treated their customers accounts as if they were their own slush funds where
they could return as often as they please to withdraw as much as they please.
(see Criminal Methods ). Many
hard working, honest people are being “taken to the cleaners” this very
minute because they trust in the honesty of others. They especially have faith
in our financial infrastructure. With the exception of Fort Knox, and our
mattresses, I don’t know of any area of the financial community that’s not
exposed to computers and the internet. Microfinancial and Leasecomm have the
technology to penetrate just about every nook and cranny of it.
Iraq has set a good example for us to understand that a sound financial
infrastructure of a country is an absolute “must requirement” for the very
foundation of a stable democracy. Do we dare trust our future to the likes of
the hoodlums of Microfinancial and Leasecomm?
I have started a list of the “connections”
that I’ve found with Microfinancial. At this point it must be considered a “short”
list because of the limited investigative tools that I have at my disposal.
Point of sale equipment (POS) and the
necessary software
Medical billing
Medicare and Medicaid claims processing
Business to business (b2b) money transactions
Microticket leasing and financing (I think they
coined that word)
Wireless credit card processing
Credit score processing
Internet service providers
Password authentication
Alarm systems (the proverbial fox guarding the hen
house)
Cellular phones
They have been involved in almost every imaginable
“work from home” scam or con. This list alone is practically endless.
Just look at how Transaction Enabling
Systems has infiltrated our financial infrastructure. How can any American
feel that his money is secure with the thieves at Microfinancial having so much
control?
