| You want the domain name Leasecomm.org? I’m flattered that you chose a reputable law firm in your attempt to take it away from me instead of the usual ambulance chasing scheisters. The $1500 fee you had to pay the WIPO was impressive also, but entirely unnecessary. I’ll be happy to GIVE it to you for exactly what I paid, $35.00. This surely would save you thousands in attorney fees because along with their reputation, I’m sure, they’re charging you a hefty sum for their ATTEMPT to get a $35 domain name. Of course, if you’re using stolen money, then, money is no object. To seal the deal, all you have to do is; 1. Return all the money you’ve stolen over the last 15 years. 2. Send written letters of apology to all the victims, personally signed by Bleyleben and Latour. I’m a reasonable guy. Let’s Deal ! |

Leasecomm/MFI, in an effort to suppress the truth about their
criminal organization is attempting to take the domain name “leasecomm.org”
away from me.
The actual web address of the website is;
http://www.knology.net/~olefogie/INDEX.HTM
The domain name;
just “points” to it, making it easier to remember. The suit doesn’t affect the actual website.
Instead
of going to a legitimate court of law, they appealed to the WIPO (World
Intellectual Properties Organization) in Geneva, Switzerland to take the domain
name away from me and assign it to Leasecomm/MFI.
I’ve
been advised that the WIPO is strictly “business” oriented (prejudiced) and
obviously couldn’t care less about American Constitutional 1st
Amendment rights. Regardless of this, I was still surprised when the WIPO (a one
man panel) decided in favor of Leasecomm/MFI even though the panel was aware of
the FTC “settlement”.
At
this point Boston Attorney Tom Doherty really “threw a monkey wrench” into
Leasecomm/MFIs plans and filed suit in the Mass Federal District Court (the same
court that the FTC used and probably the last place that Leasecomm wanted the
case heard), blocking the transfer. The
Leasecomm lawyers tried to bully Network Solutions (the people I bought the name
thru) into transferring the domain name because it wasn’t filed in the court
specified by the WIPO, but Network Solutions wisely decided to wait for the
Federal court decision.
Now,
we’ll just see what a REAL court has to say about it.
The last progress report I received stated that Leasecomm had countersued me for “fraudulent and deceptive business practices”. I haven’t figured that one out yet (I don't have a business), but I’m sure that Tom Doherty will handle it.
It's
encouraging to know that LC/MFI is worried enough about this site to spend that
kind of money in their effort to silence it. ROTFL
