If
you look at the website you will see a new address, and if you research the tax
records, you will see a new owner. I’m certain with all of your
researching skills you should be able to confirm the sale.
I’m
not certain what you are looking for as far as assurances. TES was
originally a subsidiary of Resource Leasing Corporation, both of which were sold
to Leasecomm/MicroFinancial in 2001. LC/MFI shut down RLC and let everyone
go, including those that support TES; however they did keep the TES portfolio.
Chip Nichols, the original founder of RLC and TES, who has an impeccable name in
the POS Leasing industry, has once again acquired TES, with one of our major
goals being bringing the customer service back to these customers. RLC was
known as the “merchant friendly” leasing company, and we carried that
philosophy into TES. We don’t have 48 month non-cancellable leases and
we don’t utilize aggressive collection efforts. We work with people to
find a solution.
Please
let me know what other information I can provide you. Again, we are
striving to distance ourselves from the negative reputation and policies of LC/MFI
and would like TES removed from your website.
Thank
you,
Deb
