Dear Mr. Semel,

You should be “made aware” of the fact that someone in your organization is giving “aid and comfort” to a proven criminal organization on the Yahoo Finance Message Board for NYSE symbol-MFI (Microfinancial/Leasecomm) by “discriminatory censorship”.

The MFI message board has become a “gathering place” for;

Investors seeking information on the company

victims relating stories of MFI s fraudulent and deceptive business practices.

Pro Leasecomm/MFI (including Corporate officers) (the Federal Trade Commission and SEC has warned them to stop promulgating misinformation on this board).

A number of us have established websites for the purpose of exposing the truth about MFI/Leasecomm and regularly refer to these websites in our messages on the Yahoo/MFI message board.

Here of late, someone at Yahoo has methodically deleted my messages (all messages that contained references to my website and many that didn’t).

My website was created as a public service, totally nonprofit, and totally at my expense.

I do not use or condone profanity and I have not violated any of the Yahoo Terms of Service, therefore I am puzzled by the “selective censorship” of the Yahoo moderators on this message board.

I would appreciate it very much if you or someone on your staff would look into this situation and get back to me.

I feel certain that, after careful investigation, you’ll agree that the actions of the Yahoo moderator(s) responsible for this is/are doing a disservice to the public.

Still no answer from Yahoo CEO and the filter is back on.
Message #s 4562, 4567, 4575, and 4592 have been deleted.

Apparently I've been totally blocked from posting on Yahoo. I was blocked for the entire day.
