Truth: They OWN and Control a HUGE Nation-Wide Scam
Network
of Vendors
In order to insulate themselves from liability or any responsibility at all for the “products” they lease, they loudly proclaim that the source of all of their business is thru “independent vendors” and that they, themselves, do not sell their product (the unconscionable lease is their only product).
This
LIE is repeated prominently in numerous places on the internet, ie;
Their
SEC
Form 10-Q filing (first paragraph page 6).
“The Company does not market its services directly to
lessees but sources leasing transactions through a network of independent sales
organizations and other dealer-based origination networks nationwide.”
I just discovered that the wording has changed in their
June 2005 10-Q to read. " The Company primarily sources its originations through a network of independent sales organizations and other dealer-based origination networks nationwide."
Could it be that they're reading this website?
This is the lie as told to the Better
Business Bureau;
"The
company has no retail show room, sales force or any other means
of marketing of any kind to anyone".
The Truth Is
Leasecomm set the vendors up in business, Financed them, advertised their products for them, trained them in all respects, even how to do their paperwork, ran their "seminars", in short THEY OWN and Control THE VENDORS.

on their own web site
