johnandeddy (I'm not a lawyer but I'd say that the guy pictured on their profile page has grounds for a defamation of character suit) have been staunch defenders of the "virtues" of Leasecomm/MFI since August 2002 and their statement in message # 1078 "our salaries are dependant on our shares options" would tend to indicate that they hold substantial positions in the company.

Desperately trying to keep their failed corporation from bankruptcy, they have let out all stops in their efforts to silence those who would dare to inform the public of their illegal business practices. Some of their handiwork is listed in message #4050 Although the court order resulting from the investigations by the FTC and a coalition of 8 States Attorneys General failed to incarcerate these despicable criminals it did ”hog tie” them to the point that they can’t continue “business as usual”. In addition to forcing Leasecomm/MFI to forgive $24 million in current leases, the court also opened the door for most of their remaining customers to stop payments and/or file suits against the company. Stop, I'm blushing. I decided to come out of the bushes and use my "real" name on this board long ago. Actually the last name is spelled Poriss, but because of a glitch with Yahoo, I had to change it to get into my e-mail box. I have been monitoring this board all this time but Lauren and Glenn and Tade have been doing a fine job. But I truly believe that what I wrote several years ago caught the attention of the authorities LONG ago. These cases are not resolved overnight. But mark my words, I really went to Waltham long before Glenn did and my analysis of the Court filings is correct. But as the expression goes: "My work here is done". I do not mind anyone dredging up my prior posts (Lauren did it at least a year ago). I like to think that Leasecamm and I, and Tade laid the foundation for others to come on board. And just for the record, it was MY father who signed the contract way back then and he has long since passed away. I have been amused that John and Eddy confused me with Glenn when making their outrageous remarks. But bridge players are tough.
