Criminal Information on Leasecomm & Microfinancial Inc

MFI Threats & Intimidation 
 Here is an excerpt of the “DRAFT” suit that they are threatening me with. (I’ll probably post the entire document later);

  1. Harrison, through the Harrison Web Site, has published repeatedly defamatory statements about TimePayment, insinuating that TimePayment is involved in the allegedly “criminal” activities of Leasecomm.
  2.  These defamatory statements concerning TimePayment are false. TimePayment has no relationship with the business activities of Leasecomm.
  3.  As a direct and proximate result of Harrison’s publication of these per se defamatory statements, the business reputation of TimePayment has been damaged and lost valuable business opportunities.

What a laugh!
I damaged their business reputation???
What business reputation???   The reputation that these goons created themselves???

They trumpet the “credit” for having financed 700,000 leases (Leasecomm claims the same number) but they deny a business relation???

When they go bankrupt, the BRASS should be worth something.

Lies, Deception, Threats, Intimidation etc. etc.

In spite of sanctions by the Federal Trade Commission, The SEC, and the Federal Courts, these goons can’t shake their true nature. Changing the name of their “operating subsidiary” from Leasecomm to TimePayment doesn’t change anything.

Did you really think that I could be so easily intimidated with such preposterous and shallow charges?

Yeah, I sat on this news for 3 months, waiting to see if you really had the chutzpah to go thru with it.

I didn’t think so!

You can’t save your failing corporation by lashing out at me.
How much money did you waste on that worthless domain name?
How much is it costing you for the “pumpers”?
Do you have a viable plan to keep the NYSE from delisting your company?

I know you’re desperate to get rid of me, but I have news;

I’m going to be around (with my website) until I stop receiving email from your victims complaining about how you’ve scammed them.

Until you stop persecuting people like Mike Brennan. The hell that you’ve put him thru is disgusting.

Until you have completely changed your business model and no longer abuse our legal system.

Until I see proof that you really do have some redemptive moral value. I like to believe that everyone does. Where’s yours? You obviously have brilliant minds. Why don’t you use them for good instead of evil?

I’m here for the long haul, documenting your evil deeds and I’m not alone!
