The Montgomery Housing Codes were designed to create a clean and safe environment. Residents are not always aware of these codes and that they are enforced to maintain standards within our city. We believe that if all who live in our neighborhood maintain these city standards, we will have an area where property values are improved and crime is discouraged. Together we can create a clean and safe place in which to live.Conditions listed below are in violation of city housing codes:

Our property is ours to keep clean whether we own or rent. The sanitation department does not pick up trash in the streets. If each one of us takes responsibility for our own home, yard, and street, we can have a clean and attractive neighborhood.
