Instructions:  

1.  These prices are from Madisound's website as of 30 June 2003.  You can also use
	this sheet as a guideline for ordering from another vendor.  Use whatever 
	brand of caps/coils/resistors floats your boat.  14 gauge coils are wasted money
	with the limited amount of current this speaker will pull.
2.  Fill in your name/address
3.  Remove any items you don't want or already have and readjust totals
	(Example:  You may prefer a terminal cup to binding posts.)
4.  Fax or e-mail to Madisound (www.madisound.com)
5.  Call Madisound to confirm receipt of your order, get shipping/sales tax,
	 and provide billing info (Credit Card, etc.)

Notes:

1.  I find it easier to send in a larger order than to have to read it over the phone, 
	but you can read it over the phone if you prefer. :)
2.  The Household Goop (last item) is for gluing the crossover board to the wall
	of the cabinet.  You might already have some at home or you might want to 
	buy it locally.
3.  You will also need some wire.  10 feet of good quality 16-gauge wire should be
	enough.  I avoid "zip cord" (electrical wiring) because it corrodes quickly.
	The Nordost flat wire that Madisound sells is good, but $3/foot is overkill
	for this speaker.  I'd just pick up a 10-15 foot spool of decent-quality 16 gauge
	wire from a local store.
4.  You might also want some 0.205" and 0.110" quick-disconnects to attach the wires to
	the speaker terminals.  Madisound, doesn't list them in their catalog, 
	don't know if they have them.  Parts Express sells them. Also try your local 
	RadioShack or electronic supplier.  The alternative is solder the wires on.
	You will need 12 of the 0.205" and 4 of the 0.110".
5.  There is no difference in a 0.39mH coil (as shown in the circuit diagram) and a
	0.40mH (like Madisound sells).  Order whichever one comes in the brand you want.
6.  There are 5 extra screws, in case you lose some.  C'mon when was the last time you 
	got a screw for 4 cents!
7.  Other items which you might have or can buy local:
	Solder/soldering iron
	Electrical tape (to wrap connections)
	Zip ties (to attach crossover omponents to boards)
