I am a new fan
of the Mozilla browser, Firefox. This browser eliminates popup
ads (I uninstalled my ad-blocking software when I started
running Firefox and I haven't had a single popup ad!) and
it makes surfing more convenient with features such as tabbed
browsing (instead of opening a new window for every page you
want to see, you can open a new tab and keep your browsing
all within one window). Firefox is also very clean and streamlined-
it comes with the five buttons you need (forward, back, stop
reload, and home) and Google Search integrated into the top
(none of those fancy buttons you get from downloading the
Google toolbar, just the good ol' search engine.) Firefox
is also an open source program, which means it's customizable
in every sense. It is skinnable and has oodles of extensions
available for download. Even if you don't know a scrap of
programming - if you want to just surf the web in peace, Firefox
makes a world of difference. Is faster, safer, and best of
all, its FREE!
